300 Main
San Antonio, TX
The 300 Main project was a premier 32-story, residential high-rise in downtown San Antonio, Texas featuring a sky lounge and adjacent sky deck on the 25th floor, an additional amenities deck at Level 7, five levels of integral parking, as well as retail space at the first level. The building enclosure consisted of horizontal waterproofing, low-slope roofing, metal panel, and brick masonry veneer wall assemblies, as well as curtain wall and window wall glazing assemblies. The building, situated at the corner of East Travis Street and North Main Avenue, was the first residential high-rise in the city. Prior to SEAL’s inception, our staff provided design review services for the project. Afterwards, we provided field performance testing services for the project, including field water penetration testing for glazing systems and electronic leak detection (ELD) for horizontal waterproofing systems.
