The 415 Colorado project was a new 47-story mixed-use (residential, office, and retail) tower located in Austin, TX. This project included ground floor retail, integral above-grade parking structure, amenity decks, and unit terraces. The exterior building enclosure consisted primarily of below-grade waterproofing, glazed unitized curtain wall and aluminum composite metal panels, window wall, glazing systems, horizontal waterproofing, and low-slope membrane roofing. Our design phase scope primarily included third party review of design team provided drawings and specifications. Services also included Construction Administration (CA) with submittal shop drawing and periodic site visits throughout the construction of the building enclosure.
