The City Centre 6 project was a 19-story commercial office building located within the City Centre Development in Houston, Texas and was intended to contribute to the work/life balance of the mixed-use community. The building consisted of approximately 308,000 square feet of office space over 9-levels of parking, 12,000 square feet of retail space, and hospitality-level amenities spaces including two amenities decks and a 25,000 square foot plaza. The building enclosure components included horizontal plaza deck and below-grade waterproofing, curtain wall assemblies, and low-slope membrane roofing. SEAL provided services related to building enclosure commissioning in general compliance with LEED 4.1 and included providing the Owner’s Project Requirements, development of the Basis-of-Design document, design review and construction phase services.
