IAH Terminal B Processor

The IAH Terminal B Redevelopment project consisted of the redevelopment and expansion of the existing IAH Terminal B Processor and a new North concourse. SEAL was engaged by the design team to assist with the Processor building project which was a multi-story building located in Houston, TX. The new portion of the Terminal B Processor was integrated into the existing Processor Building. The combined project contained the following glazing systems: steel frame stick-framed curtain wall and unitized aluminum-framed curtain wall with large vertical glass lites within a custom strongback framing system. In addition, the building enclosure systems also included: ETFE canopy roofing, low-slope hybrid KEE membrane roofs, elevator pit and tunnel waterproofing (new and renovated), as well as metal wall panels and stucco over insulation and air barrier systems.
